1. Transaction Currency.
Please note all transactions will be carried out in Sterling.
2. Order Confirmation.
Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and order reference numbers.
3. Cheque Payments.
If you wish to pay by cheque you can do so in one of two ways:
A.Select the Cheque payment method and then submit the order form. When you receive your order reference number by Email write it on the back of your cheque and send to the address below. Or
B.Print the order form using the button at the bottom and send this with your cheque to the address below.

4. Delivery and Postage.
Postage Method:
A. Standard delivery is charged at £3.50 for all orders.
Note - Sorry but we currently only ship to mainland UK addresses.
Dispatch & Delivery Times:
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. (for items in stock)
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted by email, you can then cancel your order at no cost or we will back order the product(s) and then ship your order within 6 working days.
Orders are dispatched via our choice of courier. Once dispatched orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days. If your order has not arrived in 10 working days from dispatch please contact us.
5. Payment - PayPal Secure Server.
Your order will be encrypted and sent via our secure server. You can pay using your PayPal account if you have one or you can pay by credit/debit card. Your credit/debit card payment will be processed using PayPal secure server.
Note -You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your Credit/debit card.
6. Returns Policy.
If any product you receive is damaged, different from the product ordered or unwanted Rainbow Crafts will provide a full refund within 30 days (including delivery costs - where applicable).
We request that the product(s) are returned to Paws 'n' Pads.
Note -Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Right to Cancel.
You have a right to cancel any order from the time the order is placed to 7 working days after receipt of your goods. If you exercise your right to cancel any moneys paid (including delivery charges where applicable) will be refunded within 30 days. We request that the product(s) are returned to Paws 'n' Pads at the address given at the top of this page at your expense, if the goods are not returned Paws 'n' Pads will have the goods collected and deduct the cost of collection from any refund due.
You can cancel your order by phone 01954 204439 (BT standard rates apply) or email jgarner@pawsnpads.co.uk stating your order reference number and name.
8. Complaints.
If you have a complaint about the service you have received or a product please direct it to the Complaints Department. Contact details can be found on the 'Contact Us' page.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.
